Webster's Dictionary defines karma as "the totality of a person's actions in one of the successive states of his existence, thought of as determining his fate in the next."

I believe that all of my actions, and the actions collectively of
my team, can determine the fate of a project. I lick envelopes, if
that's what needs to be done, with the same focus and
enthusiasm as developing a marketing program for a new
product. I consider anyone with something to gain by the
success of the project part of my 'team' - from CEO to
janitor. If a positive attitude is applied to each incremental task
and to each person involved in that task (even the most
challenging parts and persons) then the result can't help but be
positive as well.
I have successfully cultivated and applied this approach to
corporate, agency and small business teams and projects. My
craft is writing. My talent is applying my writing and positive
work ethic to the successful marketing of your business.
